The unit features 2 full shared bathrooms and 1 private bathroom, dining seating space, and a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, washer and dryer, gas stove, microwave, and all basic utensils.

Rent includes all services: highspeed internet, hot water, electricity, water, generator, weekly common area cleaning, trash pickup, and maintenance provided by the Cozy team when necessary.
