The room is fully furnished with two beds, two wardrobe closets, large desk space, AC, sofa bed, and has a private bathroom inside the room with shower. Bed linens are provided as well. The room can be occupied by one or two tenants.

The unit features 3 full bathrooms, a living room, dining seating space, and a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, washer and dryer, gas stove, microwave, and all basic utensils.

Rent includes all services: highspeed internet, hot water, electricity, water, generator, weekly common area cleaning, trash pickup, and maintenance provided by the Cozy team when necessary.
